Richard Graham says he's ready to withstand the inevitable storm that will come with his return to the Queensland Super Rugby hot seat.
Graham was controversially reappointed as Reds coach in August, much to the anger of the team's fanbase who wanted him removed after an awful 2015 season.
"There's always pressure at the start of the season," Graham told reporters on Tuesday in Brisbane.
"It's a collective effort, isn't it? You win as a group - you lose as a group.
"But I understand I'm at the head of the organisation and the pressure comes directly to me."
